Girls Bridge Academy:

Sporting Club Tallahassee (Sporting TLH) is thrilled to announce the launch of the Girls Bridge Academy (GBA), an exciting and transformative opportunity for young female soccer players aged 6-9.  This innovative program is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of athletes by focusing on both technical soccer skills and essential life lessons such as teamwork, leadership, passion, resiliency, and mental toughness.

Thanks to the generous support of local Tallahassee businesses, the Girls Bridge Academy is free of charge, ensuring that all aspiring young female athletes have access to top-tier training, regardless of their financial situation. Sporting Club Tallahassee is committed to breaking down financial barriers and fostering an inclusive environment where every girl can thrive both on and off the field.

Participants in the GBA will benefit from expert coaching designed to enhance their soccer techniques while also developing critical life skills. The academy’s holistic approach aims to instill a lifelong love for the sport and equip these young athletes with the values and mental fortitude needed for success in all areas of life.

As both a mom and a dentist, I've seen firsthand how sports can transform young girls - they become more self-assured, make lifelong friendships, and learn to set goals. That's why our practice is so proud to help make this high-quality soccer training available to all girls, regardless of their family's financial situation. Every girl deserves this kind of opportunity to shine!"
